There are 7 AOR/Course prerequisites listed below that are required for Keystone participation:
- SEJPME: no expiration
- SERE 100: must be completed within 2 years of course graduation date.
- ISOPREP: must be completed within 6 months of course graduation date.
- AT/FP Level 1: must be completed within 1 year of course gradation date.
- Human Rights: must be completed within 1 year of course graduation date.
- SOUTHCOM General Order Number One: must be read within 6 months of course gradution date.

Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education (SEJPME) Course
The SEJPME Course is a stand-alone web-based course that uses multi-media instruction. The course contains a pre-test, section knowledge checks (quizzes), and a final examination. In order to receive a completion certificate, all learning modules and tests must be completed, a minimum final examination grade of 80% must be achieved, and a completed electronic course evaluation/feedback form is required.

SOUTHCOM AOR Requirements (for GTMO visit):
Required Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) 100 training currency varies by COCOM and field study location. Completing thise training within 24 months prior to traveling will meet most COCOM requirements. The SERE 100 computer-based training satisfies this requirement. This unclassified course can be found on the NIPRNet on Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) at http://jko.jten.mil, Army Knowledge Online (AKO) at https://www.us.army.mil Navy Knowledge Online (NKO) at https://www.nko.navy.mil, the Air Force’s Advanced Distributed Learning Service (ADLS) located at https://golearn.csd.disa.mil, and on Marine Net at https://www.marinenet.usmc.mil.

ISOPREPS must be created or reviewed no earlier than six months prior to completion of overseas travel. You should create/review your ISOPREP at your home station. If unable to access SIPRNET, complete/submit the ISOPREP via the Army Knowledge On-Line (AKO) PRO-File tool located on the NIPRNET at: https://www.us.army.mil or https://medinah.sed.monmouth.army.mil/PRO-File. DoD civilians and contractors will need a service member or sponsor CAC card to access Army Knowledge On-Line PRO-File web tool. Use normal AKO (or service equivalent) log in to access site. Civilians must complete their organizations equivalent of ISPOREP. ISOPREP must be completed within 6 months of course graduation date.
AT/FP Level 1:
Complete Level 1 AT/FP training taught by Level 2 instructor within 12 months of the travel date. DOD and DoD sponsored personnel who cannot receive Level 1 AT/FP training from a certified trainer may receive it online at https://atlevel1.dtic.mil/at. After logon, use a self generated user ID and password to proceed. At the end of the process, save or print a copy of the completion certificate as proof of having the completed Level 1 AT/FP training. Must be completed within 12 months of course graduation date.
Human Rights Training
Human Rights Training is required for visits to the SOUTHCOM AOR (all Fellows require Human Rights Training as we will be visiting JTFGTMO during our CONUS trip). Slides for this training are attached here….click…HumanRights
